Chickens cannot survive on kitchen scraps alone!

To keep your chickens happy, healthy and in prime laying condition they need what is provided in their feed at each stage of growing for on going health and development.

Kitchen scraps and free ranging is encouraged and your chickens will be able to obtain some of their nutrients from insects, worms, and plants when free ranging, but best results are always achieved if you supplement this with some chicken feed to ensure they get all the vitamins and minerals they need.
